Get outside and celebrate Earth Week by taking part in the annual King Community Clean Up. Do your part and help pick up litter to keep our parks, streets, ditches, and neighbourhoods clean and green. Getting involved is easy! Select a public space you would like to clean up. Invite your friends, family and neighbours to join your clean up group or create their own. Register your clean up location and receive clean up supplies.

If you don’t have a clean up location, join us at the following locations on Saturday, April 20 between 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. to help clean up a community park.

Garbage Drop Off & Pick Up Locations:
Once you have completed your litter clean up, please drop off your garbage bags at one of the locations listed below. The bins will be available on Saturday, April 20 and Sunday, April 21 situated in the parking lot of each facility for participants to drop off their garbage bags. If you are conducting a large group clean up and require your garbage bags (10+) to be picked up by staff at a Community Park please contact environmentalstewardship@king.ca or call 905-833-6555 and provide the following information: registered clean up group, garbage pick up location and quantity of bags.
