Nobleton Community Cemetery

The Township of King maintains and operates the Nobleton Community Cemetery (Cemetery Operator Licence Number 3310249) as a non-denominational cemetery. Interment rights for in-ground burial and cremation lots are currently available​. As per Nobleton Cemetery By-law 2012-078, vaults are required at the cemetery. For more information about Nobleton Cemetery, please contact the Clerks Division at 905-833-5321 or clerks@king.ca.   The Bereavement Authority of Ontario also provides a Consumer Information Guide:  A Consumer Guide to Death Care in Ontario.   English and french audio files of the Consumer Guide are also available.

Please note: We do not maintain or operate other active cemeteries in the Township and we do not have a winter storage facility.

Monument or Marker Installation

When arranging for installation of a monument or marker on a cemetery lot, the first step is to have your monument supplier fill out a Request for Monument Installation​,  and forward it to the attention of the Clerks Division (clerks@king.ca ). Upon receipt of the completed request, we will provide a cost for the preparation of the monument foundation and confirm a completion date. Please note: A minimum of two weeks notice is required.
