The Township of King has experienced delivery challenges with the recent mailing of water bills for the fourth quarter of 2022. Some residents in Nobleton and King City did not receive their water bills prior to the Feb. 24, 2023, due date.
The Township is investigating the source of the delay and apologizes for the inconvenience.
Revised letters have been sent as of March 13. The due date for the fourth quarter water billing is now extended to March 31, 2023. No late payment penalty will be charged until after that date. Any penalty that has already been paid, along with any amounts paid for a printed copy of water bill invoices, will be refunded.
