The escalating violence in Israel and Gaza, and the loss of innocent lives, has been extremely difficult for citizens around the world to witness. For those in King Township who have cultural roots to this region, the impact is too close to home.
As a safe community for residents of all faiths, we do not condone any form of discrimination or violence. Antisemitism, Islamophobia or hatred of any kind has no place in peaceful King.
Our hearts and prayers go out to those who are mourning loved ones and dealing with this tragedy.
