The Council of the Corporation of the Township of King intends to consider an amending by-law under Section 26 of the Planning Act to remove the Holding (H) Symbol for lands located west of Dufferin Street and south of 15th Sideroad, and comprise Phase 1 of a draft approved plan of subdivision, legally described as Part of Lot 8, Concession 3.
