The Council of the Corporation of the Township of King intends to consider an amending by-law under Section 36 of the Planning Act to remove the Holding (H) symbol for the lands described below. The earliest Council will consider passage of the by-law is the Council Meeting on Monday, June 12, 2023 at 6:00 P.M. concerning 12984 Keele Street, King City, ON. The proposed amendment to the King City and Schomberg Area Zoning By-law 2017-66 submitted by King Station Inc. under Planning File Z-2022-18 concerns a 0.239 hectare parcel of land on the west side of Keele Street approximately 100 metres south of King Road, in the Village of King City.
