Recreation programming is cancelled until 12 p.m. on Thursday, January 15

Registered and drop-in recreation programming at all King Township facilities is cancelled until noon today, Thursday, January 15, due to inclement weather. All affected registered program participants have been notified via email by the Township. 

As of now, recreation programming scheduled to start after 12 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 15 is running as scheduled.  

Recreation facilities remain open and permits are unaffected.  

Cold Creek Conservation Area and all King Township Public Library branches are closed for the day. 

Staff continue to assess the situation and regular updates will be provided as they become available.
