The Council of the Corporation of the Township of King passed By-law Numbers 2023-048 and 2023-049 on the 15th day of May, 2023 under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990. By-law Number 2023-048 is a by-law to amend Zoning By-law 2016-071, being a by-law for the Nobleton Urban Area. By-law Number 2023-049 is a by-law to amend Zoning By-law 2017-066, being a by-law for the Schomberg and King City Urban Areas. The amendments concern all pervious surface provisions for residential lots within the by-laws.
