Township of King, Ont.— The Township of King is now offering online booking for those looking for general planning information.
Residents, builders, realtors, agents, consultants and businesses seeking information from the planning department can visit www.king.ca/AskKingPlanning.
Once on the web page, the customer can select a date and time for an appointment with a Township planner. After providing general information with respect to the nature of their inquiry, they will receive an email confirmation of their appointment time, followed by a reminder on the day of the appointment.
The person booking the meeting can choose to be contacted by video/remote link, email, phone or in-person. The Township planner will contact them at the time that the customer has selected to discuss their questions.
The new online booking system is designed to support citizens and the public who:
- are home or property owners who have specific questions or comments related to their property or other lands within the Township
- require support in navigating the planning and/or development process
- are realtors, architects, designers or consultants with questions on behalf of their clients
Please note, the new booking system is not intended for inquiries by applicants, consultants, or agents with respect to an existing proposal or application which has already been submitted to the Township. Inquiries of that nature should be directed to the planner managing the specific file.
