Swimming, skating, snowshoeing, crafts, camps, and more
Township of King, Ont. (Dec. 12, 2025) — King Township is hosting a flurry of activities to keep families snow-tivated over the holiday season and school break. Whether you are looking to avoid the cold weather or opting to get outside and embrace it, there is an activity for everyone. Keep the kids from catching the winter blues by enrolling them in winter break camps. Carve up the ice at shinnies and public skates or dip your toes into the pool at Zancor Centre during a public swim or aquafit class. Explore the snowy, scenic Cold Creek Conservation Area on snowshoes or cross-country skis or keep cozy indoors with a visit to your local library branch for crafts, games, movies and more!
