TOWNSHIP OF KING TO CONSIDER:
A BY-LAW TO REGULATE AND GOVERN THE HOLDING OF LARGE-SCALE SPECIAL EVENTS ON PRIVATE PROPERTY IN THE TOWNSHIP OF KING;
AND
AN AMENDMENT OF ASSOCIATED FEES & CHARGES, TO BY-LAW 2021-001 (FEES & CHARGES BY-LAW, SCHEDULE ‘B’)
Council of the Corporation of the Township of King will consider a staff report and Regulating By-law for Large Scale Special Events on Private Property and an amendment to the Fees & Charges By-law (2021-001), for associated fees, at its Council and Committee of the Whole Meetings on:
Monday, June 28, 2021 – 6:00 p.m.
The Township of King is establishing a permitting process to regulate large scale special events on private property, to ensure the health and safety of patrons and the community is met.
Information and copies of the staff report will be available for review on the Township website at www.king.ca as of Thursday, June 24, 2021.
