Last night’s storm left many damaged trees across King City and Nobleton, and the Parks crew is working hard to cleanup fallen trees on Township property. Their first priority is removing obstructions from roadways to keep everyone safe and traffic moving. Once roads are clear, staff will focus on cleaning up parks, followed by trails. The storm cleanup is expected to last 5 to 7 days.

A reminder that residents are not permitted to remove trees on Township-owned property. To report a damaged tree that has fallen on municipal property call ServiceKing at 905-833-5321 or email serviceking@king.ca.

Storm damaged trees on private property are the responsibility of the homeowner.

Damaged trees on regional roads should be reported to York Region using the online form found at york.ca/transportation/roads. For more information, call Access York at 1-877-464-9675 or email accessyork@york.ca.
