This Special Council Meeting is scheduled to accommodate a necessary Closed Session of Council for the purpose of seeking Council direction on the following Matters:
1. Verbal Report by the Chief Administrative Officer
Re: Solicitor-Client Privilege; and Negotiations on behalf of the Municipality
(Municipal Lands)
This session is held in closed session pursuant to Section 239(2)(f) and (k) of the Municipal Act, 2001; solicitor client-privilege; and a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of the municipality.
2. Verbal Report by the Director of Growth Management Services
Re: Litigation Matter, Direction Required
(OLT Appeal - 12765, 12781, 12789 Keele Street and 17 Elizabeth Grove)
This session is held in closed session pursuant to Section 239(2)(e) of the Municipal Act, 2001; Litigation or Potential Litigation Affecting the Municipality.
