Take Notice that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of King passed By-law Number 2025-090 on the 8th day of December, 2025, pursuant to Section 19 of the Development Charges Act, 1997, S.O. 1997, c. 27.
And take notice that By-law 2025-090 amends Development Charges By-law 2021-002 as follows:
- Section 10 is repealed, being a provision specifying the date on which the by-law expires.
And take notice that pursuant to Section 19 of the Development Charges Act, the decision of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of King is final and By-law 2025-090, may not be appealed.
No map is provided as the amending by-law applies to the entire municipality.
