The Council of the Corporation of the Township of King intends to consider an amending by-law under Section 36 of the Planning Act to remove the Holding (H) Symbol for the lands described as 13196 Dufferin Street, King City, ON (The Acorn Development Corporation). The earliest Council will consider passage of the by-law is the Council meeting on Monday, February 12, 2024 at 6:00 p.m.
