Take Notice that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of King at its meeting of September 29, 2025, declared the property at Plan 65M3545, Block 12 as surplus and directed staff to dispose of said lands. The property is a landlocked parcel located in the Village of Nobleton near the intersection of King Road and Woodhill Avenue, a map of the property is attached to this notice.
