Take Notice that the Township of King has received a complete application for a proposed Draft Plan of a Vacant Land Condominium, in accordance with Section 51 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.13, as amended, concerning 204 Dew Street, King City, in the Township of King. The Planning Division has commenced processing the application.
If you have received this notice as an owner of a property that contains seven (7) or more residential units, please post this notice in a visible location to all residents of the land.

Proposal
The application for approval of the Draft Plan for a Vacant Land Condominium (19TCDM-25-K01) proposes to establish a common elements condominium including eight (8) semi-detached unit within four (4) two-storey buildings, a private condominium road, landscaped areas and visitor parking areas. A concurrent Site Plan Approval (SPD-25-05) application has been submitted for detailed site planning and design.
The lands are subject to Official Plan Amendment (OP-2018-02) and Zoning By-law Amendment (Z-2018-06) applications that approved a total gross Floor Area (GFA) of 1,222 square metres, total lot coverage of 40%, 16 at grade parking spaces (two for each building) and four visitor parking spaces. Both applications were approved by Township Council on November 7, 2022.

If you wish to be notified of the decision of the Council of the Township of King regarding the proposed Draft Plan of Condominium, you must make a written request to the Clerk of the Township of King, 2585 King Road, King City, ON L7B 1A1, or by email at clerks@king.ca.
If a person or public body would otherwise have the ability to appeal the decision of the Township of King but does not make oral submissions at a public meeting, if one is held, or make written submissions to the Township of King in respect of the proposed Draft Plan for a Vacant Land Condominium before the approval authority gives or refuses to give approval to the Draft Plan for a Vacant Land Condominium, the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision to the Ontario Land Tribunal.
If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting, if one is held, or make written submissions to the Township of King in respect of the proposed Draft Plan for a Vacant Land Condominium before the approval authority gives or refuses to give approval to the Draft Plan for a Vacant Land Condominium, the person or public body may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Ontario Land Tribunal unless, in the opinion of the Tribunal, there are reasonable grounds to do so.
