Nobleton catch basin cleaning starting Aug. 9

Catch basin cleaning in Nobleton is scheduled to start on Mon., August 9.

Each year a section of King Township is cleaned. King City will be completed in 2022 and Schomberg (and small hamlets) will be completed in 2023.

Cleaning times are expected to be Monday to Thursday 7 am - 4:30 pm and Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm. There may be 1-2 trucks conducting the cleaning and residents may hear noise from these trucks.

We expect the work to be completed in approximately 2-3 weeks (weather depending). We would like to encourage the residents of Nobleton to avoid parking on the road (over or near catch basins) to allow our contractor proper space and access to perform the cleaning.
