Swimmers: Effective Sunday, Mar. 15, King Township is introducing a quick pool ticket check-in for public swims at Zancor Centre.
Here’s how it works:
Stop at the Customer Service Desk before heading to the pool changerooms.
Staff will confirm your payment, RecPass, or Xplor Recreation registration and provide a ticket.
Bring your ticket to the pool deck—our lifeguards will collect it before you enter the pool area.
The new ticketing system ensures that all pool users have paid the required fee and prevents unpaid or unauthorized access to the pool—ensuring fairness, equity and responsible facility management.
Tip: Give yourself a few extra minutes for check-in, especially during busy swim times.
