16th Sideroad under Hwy. 400 is now open

Please note that 16^th Sideroad under Highway 400 is now open. There will still be work required adjacent to the roadway which may require periodic lane restrictions however the roadway is open to through traffic and flagged accordingly as required to complete outstanding works.
