Schomberg Horticultural Society September Meeting - Sustainable Garden Hacks

The Schomberg Horticultural Society invites you to attend the September meeting “Sustainable Garden Hacks” presented by Carly McDougall. Carly, who is the owner of a store named Bounty from the Boonies in Uxbridge, and who signs her emails with “Carly McDougall - Plant Whisperer + Purveyor of Whimsy + Homestead Foods Artisan + Owner”, promises to delight. After a major life event in 2014, Carly left her award-winning journalism career with the Toronto Star and Metroland to focus on recovery, and credits plants with helping to save her life. Now she's happy to share her wisdom and experience that has grown since childhood to where she is today. Doors open at 7:00 p.m. and the presentation starts at 7:30 p.m.
