The Township of King presents the Night at the Creepy Creek, our creepiest creek event of the year and fun for the whole family. Featuring a worm composting activity from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m (details below)., Halloween crafts, a haunted hike, candy and more!

The event takes place at the Cold Creek Conservation Area located on 14125 11th Concession, Nobleton. *Haunted hike may not be suitable for children under 6. 

Register now. Register before October 13th to receive a pumpkin to carve and showcase at the event for a chance to Win!

Worm Composting Workshop from 5 p.m. to 6p.m. 

Fall is the perfect time to start a worm bin to have "black gold" ready for spring planting. Join us for a fun workshop hosted by Cathy's Crawly Composters to learn about worms and vermicomposting - a viable solution for anywhere without space for outdoor composting or access to an organic collection program. to turn food scraps and paper into natures finest soil amendment.
