In the Year of the Horse, we kindly invite you to experience a rare convergence of art and equestrian heritage in King City, renowned for Olympic-level training and world-class riders. Discover the legacy of the horse through the evocative works of prominent Canadian artist Ann Clifford, complemented by an exclusive live horse show at a nearby farm where her lifelong connection with horses began, and an optional fine dining experience at a historic former carriage inn.
The exhibition explores the evolving bond between humans and horses through the work of Ann Clifford. Raised alongside horses, Clifford reflects themes of freedom, memory, and emotional connection, further shaped by her experiences in King City’s equestrian community.
A special cultural program accompanies the exhibition, featuring a live horse demonstration at a nearby farm and an optional fine dining experience at a historic carriage inn, offering a unique convergence of art and equestrian heritage.

King City is renowned for its Olympic-caliber riders and world-class horses. Join us for an exciting live horse show featuring liberty training and cognitive games that highlight the intelligence and connection of the horse.

Once a 19th-century carriage inn and key transportation hub, this historic site is now an elegant fine dining destination, rich in equestrian heritage and timeless charm.
