Showcase your services, connect with seniors and caregivers, and support healthy, active and independent living on October 22
Township of King, Ont. (August 12, 2026) — Are you a local business or community group looking to connect with seniors and caregivers? King Township invites you to take part in the first-ever King 55+ Senior Active Living Fair on Thursday, Oct. 22 from 2 to 6:30 p.m. at Zancor Centre, located at 1600 15th Sideroad in King City.
Supporting King Township’s Age-Friendly Action Plan, the event will feature an afternoon filled with activities, presentations, health clinics, giveaways, prizes, food and refreshments – providing an opportunity for older adults and caregivers to connect with products, services and resources that support healthy, independent, and fulfilling lifestyles.
Applying to be a vendor
Vendors must provide services, products and resources for seniors 55-plus, with King Township seeking businesses and organizations specializing in health and wellness, retirement living, financial and legal planning, home support services, travel and leisure, accessible technology and beyond.
Vendors will be provided with one six-foot table and two chairs at the venue from setup (12:30 p.m.) to teardown (6:45 p.m.) on the day of the event. Fees to secure a spot are $50 (plus HST) for businesses; spots are free for non-profit organizations. Vendors can rent an additional six-foot table for $15 (plus HST). To be considered, complete the vendor form online by Friday, Sept. 25.
Vendors selling food are also required to complete a York Region Public Health vendor application form. Only complete and signed applications will be considered. All vendors must be fully set up by 1:30 p.m. on the day of the event.
