Learn all about circular economy with hands-on activities and family fun during the summer series learning events.
The kickoff event showcases the results from impact challenges and celebrates participants. Key challenge metrics highlighted include the number of participants engaged, compost produced and waste reduced.
Live demonstrations of advanced composting techniques, soil regeneration in action and the closed loops at Boreal Farms will be on display.
Rotate between stations to see the hard work put in by participants first-hand:
- Student Zone: K-12 challenge projects and circular design prototypes
- Family Zone: Upcycled items and compost success stories
- Community Ideas Zone: Community composting, swap programs and garden initiatives
