Township of King, Ont. (Sep. 23, 2025) — Are you a local artisan, crafter or small business looking to showcase your unique, handmade or one-of-a-kind products? King Township is currently accepting vendor applications for its annual One of a King Handmade Holiday Market, planned for Saturday, Nov. 22 and Sunday, Nov. 23 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the King Township Municipal Centre. Treasures the Township is looking to feature include handmade crafts, art, jewelry, clothing, accessories, holiday decorations, home goods, specialty food and beverages, and more.
Connect with holiday shoppers seeking unique gifts at this festive community event, while networking with other local vendors and small businesses. The 2024 One of a King event featured more than 25 vendors selling a range of handcrafted items, from farm-fresh honey and baked goods to soaps, candles, and quilts and attracted over 500 shoppers across the two-day event.
Vendor Information
This is an indoor event and space is limited. Below are some need-to-know details for interested vendors:
- Six-foot spaces can be purchased for $100 and twelve-foot spaces for $175.
- Individual chair rentals are available for $5.
- Access to hydro can be purchased for $10.
- Vendors are required to bring their own tablecloth and any props required for their table set-up.
- Set up is from 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 22 (Show opens at 10 a.m.)
- Vendors selling any food items are also required to submit the York Region Vendor Application Form via email to health.inspectors@york.ca.
- All fees are subject to HST and must be paid to the Township by November 7. Acceptable payment methods include cheque or credit card. The cost covers vendor participation for the entire two-day period; the option to opt out of one day and pay a reduced fee is not available.
