King Township will host a Nobleton sewer connection permit Application Assistance Open House on May 17 from 3:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. at the Dr. William Laceby Community Centre at 15 Old King Road, Nobleton.

Does this apply to you?

As the Nobleton municipal sewer program continues, residents in Phase 2 Contract 3 are now eligible to obtain their permit to connect. You will have likely received a letter advising of the eligibility to connect and the timeframes in which to do so.

What type of permit is required?

There are two permits required that will be issued simultaneously: a Sewer Connection permit and a Septic Decommissioning permit. Application forms are available here.

How can I apply?

Residents and property owners can apply via our email bldsubmissions@king.ca or join us at our Application Assistance Open House where we can help you complete and submit your application.

When will I get my permit?

Once applications are received either online or at the Application Assistance Open House, staff will collect the permit fee and confirm that capital fees are completed and then email your permit.
