True North, Strong and Local: Celebrate Canada’s birthd’eh at Memorial Park, 25 Doctor’s Lane in King City, on Wednesday, Jul. 1 from 5 p.m. to dusk at the free, family-friendly Canada Day event hosted by King Township.
After welcoming nearly 3,000 attendees at last year’s inaugural Canada Day event, this year’s celebration promises even more red-and-white fun!

Parking
Parking is limited, guests are encouraged to carpool, walk and bike to the event.
Photo & Video
Township of King staff, contracted photographers and media will be taking photos and video footage at special events. These images may be used, re-used and published in news stories, social media and on websites, in addition to distributed to our event partners.

Keeping King Green
The Environmental Outreach & Sustainability team will have a “waste station” set up in a high traffic location at the event. Attendees are encouraged to bring all event waste directly to the team, with your impact helping to keep King green for all to enjoy. Waste from home will not be accepted.
