Who Is This Service For?
The Ask King Planning Inquiry Service is available to anyone with questions or comments related to Planning in the Township of King. Please note that this service is primarily:
• Intended for general inquiries from property owners, residents, agents, Realtors, Architects, Planners, consultants, and members of the public.
• Not intended for inquiries related to an existing development application that has already been submitted to the Township. Questions about active files should be directed to the Planner assigned to that application.
• You may use this booking service if you need assistance identifying the File Manager for an existing application. Before You Speak With a Planner When booking your appointment, you will be asked to complete a brief intake questionnaire. This helps our team understand your inquiry in advance and prepare the most helpful information for your discussion.
You will also be asked to provide your contact details and select your preferred method of communication—phone, email, online video meeting, or in‑office appointment.After booking, you will receive:
• A confirmation email
• An invitation with connection details (based on your selected contact method)
