King invites any person that receives an eligible parking ticket to pay the fine amount with a donation through the Toys for Tickets program! Eligible parking tickets include those received between November 1st and November 14th for:
The Toys for Tickets program allows ticket holders to donate the value of their ticket. Where the complete value of the parking ticket is donated to the Toys for Tickets program, it will be considered paid in full. Proceeds will be donated to Christmas in King, a sister-organization of the King Township Food Bank that donates toys to underprivileged children in the community. Parking tickets issued between November 1st and November 14th must be paid by November 30th. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Toys for Tickets program will be offered online this year. Please note that any parking tickets not paid in full, will continue through the aging process, and may proceed to court. |
