What could be better on a cool day in early fall than a hot bowl of soup – or better yet, samples of various soups, made from locally grown, locally harvested fresh produce!
The Holland Marsh Soupfest is a farm to table festival that showcases the Holland Marsh as one of the top vegetable producers in Ontario. As always, our attendees get a chance to sip and savour delicious soups prepared by some of the finest chefs, and home chefs from around the Province.
