The extreme heat can lead to high-water consumption, in part due to the use of irrigation systems (sprinklers) and pool usage/refilling. Increased visitors may lead to higher consumption due to flushing toilets, running taps, showers, cooking and washing dishes.
Residents are encouraged to monitor their water usage online at my-kngon.sensus-analytics.ca. Sign up to:
- Access your daily water consumption
- Receive warnings of high consumption and potential problems
- Track your history and usage
The P3 water bill—covering the period of May and June—will be mailed to residents the week of July 20. Residents registered for eBilling received their bill via email from the Township on July 15. Payment is due on August 19.
