Nerf Challenge is an ultimate birthday experience! Children will have access to nerf guns and accessories. Our party hosts will oversee training and games, so the experience is unforgettable. Our indoor space converts to a battle zone with obstacles and bunkers. Protective eyewear will be provided and must be worn by all participants at all times when in the gymnasium area.

Payment:
Full payment is due at the time of booking.
Cancellations:
- 14+ days prior to the rental start date will result in a 80% refund or 100% credit issued on a Gift Card.
- 7-13 days prior to the rental start date will result in a 50% refund or 100% credit issued on a Gift Card.
- Less than 7 days prior to the rental start date will result in no refund or credit and the deposit will be forfeited.
- Cancellation by King Township prior to the function date due to unforeseen mechanical or facility difficulties, Permit Holder will receive a full refund or credit.
- Cancellation by King Township after your function has begun due to unforeseen mechanical or facility difficulties, Permit Holder will receive a pro-rated refund or credit.
- Refunds by cheque may take up to 4-6 weeks to be issued from the cancellation date.
- You will be financially responsible for facility rentals, as booked, if unused for your own reasons.
*Please note that this Insurance requirement only applies to Public Skate Party Packages
All users renting a facility or park must have general liability insurance when using Township property. Insurance requirements depend on the type of rental and activities taking place.
Please ensure you have a confirmation from the Township regarding your booking before purchasing insurance.
There are two options for facility agreement holders to submit liability insurance to the Township:
- Option A - Purchase liability insurance during the booking process from the Township’s Facility Insurance Program via the Online Portal; or
- Option B - Provide proof that they already have obtained liability insurance from an insurance provider of their choice that meets the Township of King’s liability insurance requirements for facility users and submit the certificate via the Townships online submission form.

Facility User Liability Insurance Information
Facility User Liability Insurance FAQ- Birthday party permit holders will have 15 minutes of free set-up time before the scheduled rental. Decorations are allowed to be taped on the walls, use of staples, nails or tacks are not permitted. Food, decorations, kitchenware, and appliances are not provided in the birthday party packages.
- Cake and food are permitted in designated areas. Staff will assist and inform these areas when on site.
- For additional party time or guests/participants please contact birthday party coordinator for cost and details.
- The permit holder is responsible for providing their own refreshments and are welcome to bring in food, snacks, cake, drinks, etc. for their guests. Note: Access to the fridge/freezer is available upon request. Fridge size does not accommodate large cakes.
- The permit holder is responsible for party set up and/or decorations. No adhesives, tacks or screws should be used on the walls of the building. Do not tamper with any artwork or displays found in the rented facility.
- The permit holder is responsible for set up and take down for most packages. Tables and chairs are provided and if the package includes Recreation Programming staff will take care of this set up. Please discuss further details with your booking contact if you have any inquires about set up.
- The permit holder must leave the space the way it was found. All rented facilities and properties need to be left in the same clean and organized condition as when arrived. Put away all tables and chairs, tidy all messes, remove all decorations, and tape from the facility and throw garbage away in the dumpster located on site, if applicable.
