Saturday, June 8 at Memorial Park in King City

Township of King, Ont. — Calling all food and drink connoisseurs! Buy your tickets for the King Food and Drink Fest, presented by event sponsor Zancor Homes, on Saturday, June 8 from noon to 9 p.m. at Memorial Park, located at 25 Doctor’s Lane in King City. Tickets can be purchased online now through June 7 at kingfooddrink.ca.

Historically known as the annual ‘King City Craft Beer and Food Truck Festival’, King Township has decided to expand what’s on the ‘menu’ for 2024, in celebration of the 10th anniversary event. This year’s festival will feature some of the best bites and bevies in the area, much to the culinary and sipping delights of festivalgoers from near and far. Event attendees will nosh on culturally diverse cuisines (from Asian to American) and taste (so many!) libations, ranging from whiskey, beer, cider, cocktails, and even mocktails. A kid’s zone featuring games will be available on-site for parents and their young ones.

Live entertainment
Non-stop live entertainment by musical talents will perform on two separate stages throughout the entire festival. The Toronto-based alt-rock staple, Birds of Bellwoods will open for headliner New Friends, a Canadian indie-pop act. The line-up of musical entertainment also includes performances by: Housewife, Drives the Common Man, Ash Malloy, Skye Wallace and Bernadette Connors.
