Welcome Wagon is a service that meets with new residents of King and personally presents them with the contents of the famous "Welcome Wagon Basket". If you are new to King City, call Maureen Little at 905-833-0570 to receive your Welcome Wagon package. If you are in the Nobleton/Schomberg area, please call Rita Therrien at 905-775-8864. Along with generous gifts and coupons from local businesses and professionals, you will receive civic and municipal information from King Township and York Region - such as your garbage schedule, details of local transportation, information from the library, Fire Dept. and York Region Police.
