Three building permits must be completed and submitted to the Building Department at the King Township office:

Permit to Connect

Plumbing and Drain Permit

Permit to Construct or Demolish (Septic Tank Decommissioning)

When the permits are processed together, the total cost for the package of permits is reduced to $281.25.  This fee must be paid prior to work proceeding.

There is no cost for the Permit to Connect.
