Snowball

Snowball takes its name from a Vaughan church moved here in 1891 whose joints were pegged with snow. Located just north of Eversley, ON at the crossroads of Wellington Street W. (17th side road) and Dufferin Street.

Dating  Back to the mid-1890's, this picture features an interesting Quaker style house built by the Heacock family around 1833 in the Snowball area.  In 1914 it was sold to William Wood and remained in the Wood family for many years.
