The Nobleton King City Horticultural Society and Schomberg Horticultural Society each conducts a Garden Tour, which between them show case the exceptional gardens of King. The Nobleton King City Garden Tour includes "tea time" at the Township of King Museum. With the help and involvement of dozens of volunteers the Township of King has won the Communities in Bloom: Five Blooms (Top Honours) Award in 2006; 4 Blooms in 2005, winning top honours for Heritage.

This year the Garden Tour took place on July 12th for the rare opportunity to visit a variety of local gardens, large and small. The $10 tickets include maps showing the locations.
