Monday – Thursday: 6AM – 9PM
Friday: 6AM – 7PM
Saturday & Sunday: 8AM – 4PM
*9AM – 10AM (Mon-Sun) will be designated as a free walking time on the track for seniors use only.
Personal Training is a one-on-one workout with a certified fitness coach. Your personal trainer will assist you to reach your health and fitness goals. Your trainer will help motivate, ensure proper technique, maximize your time, provide regular evaluation and assessment and improve your overall fitness with a customized workout designed for you.
Fitness Centre
Youth Ages: 12-13
· Must complete “Youth in Fitness” program before they can workout in the fitness centre. If they wish to continue working out after their Youth in Fitness is complete, they must be always accompanied by someone aged 16+ or continue with Personal Training.
Youth Ages: 14-17
· Allowed to workout in the facility but with a guardian consent form signed. Forms are available at the centre.
Track
Children Ages: 8-12
· Must be accompanied by someone aged 16+ at all times and must stay within arm length
Children Ages: 12-17
· Allowed to walk the track but with a guardian consent form signed. Forms are available at the centre.
*Toddlers must be in a stroller. If a parent has multiple toddlers, they must all be in the stroller
Fitness Classes
Youth Ages: 12-13
· Must be accompanied by someone aged 16+ at all times

· Allowed to participate in class but with a guardian consent. Forms are available at the centre.
Group Exercise Classes
All members have the option to pre-register for group fitness classes at townshipofking.perfectmind.com. All classes may be booked up to 3 days in advance. Yoga mats and props will not be supplied. Participants are required to bring their own yoga mat and props from home. A registration how-to can be found here.

BODY BALANCE
This low-impact, whole body group fitness workout is designed to boost fitness and core strength. This class includes the use of free weights and resistance training.
BODY BLAST
A class that strengthens and tones your entire body, challenges all of your major muscle groups and uses exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls.
BOOTCAMP/CONDITIONING
A program of fitness instruction and team motivation. Exercises include: calisthenics, short distance running/walking, body weight resistance training, weight training, obstacle courses & much more!
SPIN CLASS
This class includes warm-up, cardio, cool-down and stretching with the emphasis on providing a fun and effective workout for all fitness levels.
HATHA YOGA / YOGA
Experience Hatha Yoga for wellness of mind and body. Poses (Asanas) are practiced to improve strength, balance, flexibility, mobility and alignment.
YOGA FLOW
Features fluent transitions and repetitions for each pose. A strong class with challenging poses and pace for advanced beginners or intermediate yogis.
BODY SCULPT
Develop your strength and endurance with this low-impact, light dumbbell workout that will tone your body.
SPORT
SPORT is a program designed to fine tune the body with an emphasis on CARDIO, STRENGTH and CORE training using a step, dumbbells, every plane of motion and various positions. SPORT is for ALL FITNESS LEVELS.
DANCE FUSION
This type of fitness dance class is a low impact workout designed to promote overall flexibility, mobility, strengthening and toning techniques for the core and hips; It's all about getting a sweat on and having fun while moving around to the rhythms of various styles of music!
MUSCLE TONE
Designed to slow down and focus on technique & isolation. You will condition, strengthen and tone the largest muscle groups while giving the smaller muscle groups attention through isolation and target focused exercises.
PILATES
Learn the fundamentals of proper Pilates technique. This Pilates program encourage strong abdominals, spine and pain free shoulders, hips and back.
