Clerk's Department

​​​​​​​​The Clerk’s Department is responsible for organizing Council and Committee meetings, the preparation of agendas, minutes and by-laws and the communication of Council’s decisions. The Clerk's Department also circulates notices for Official Plan Amendments, Zoning By-law Amendments, and Draft Plan of Subdivision Applications. The Clerk’s Department retains official municipal records such as minutes, by-laws, and legal documents for the Township. The department also provides a number of statutory services described below.​
